029/365 – We Can Do It All, However Gracefully Or Not.
And still a while after I trekked the seventeen or more miles from the grocery store to home, it was not apparent. Even the 90ish year old woman in her Lincoln going thirteen miles below the speedlimit……still I retained my calm.
More or less, it was *directly* after I’d trudged my four trips to and from the car and house bringing in my groceries, tripped over a cat at least twice, remembered NOW (of all times) what exactly I had forgotton at said grocery store……. that I most positively formed a feirce disdain for whatever insane woman, so exhuberabtly coined the phrase "We Can Do It All"
This woman, had un-doubtably never met the likes of me.
It is not that I cannot do it, but heck, I’d rather have help. I have very little left in me to prove.
And now that we have established my exhaustion and/or desire to finally relax, I feel I have adequately complained enough for one evening.
With that, I am going to go start dinner. *smile*
